Barbara Glendene Payton

Barbara "Bumble Bee" Payton, 64 of Dover, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in Russellville.  She was born October 4, 1954 in Pelsor to Wilburn and Ardeth Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Angela Payton Wilson. 

She is survived by her daughter, Cary Payton; son, Keith (JoLeah) Payton; seven grandchildren, Andrea Harris, Matthew Gibson, Phillip Gibson, Angilena Wilson, Jelaina Payton, Jenaya Payton, Jahanna Payton; one great-grandchild, Cannon Harris; brother, Jim (Diane) Davis; two sisters, Betty Morgan, Lynn Chisum and several nieces, nephews and other family. 

Barbara was a member of the Chickamauga Cherokee Tribe. She loved to spend time at her cabin in Snowball. She was lovingly known as "Grandma Barbara" to nieces, nephews and grand kids. 

A celebration of life will be 10am Monday, April 8, 2019 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
