Betty Lou Moore

Betty Lou Moore, 80 of Blackwell, Arkansas, went to her heavenly home, Monday, November 18, 2024. She was born September 21, 1944 in Eudora, Arkansas to Frank and Patsy Robinson Casto. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Moore.

Betty was a member of Kenwood Free Will Baptist Church in Blackwell for several years. She loved to garden and especially enjoyed her flowers. Her children said she had a green thumb. Betty enjoyed shopping, junking and taking care of her house. Most of all, she loved God, her children and grandchildren. 

She is survived by her children, Robbie Shockley and Carolyn of Buttermilk, James Shockley and Debora of Russellville; Elizabeth Jo Shockley of Dover, Mark Shockley and Tanna of Atkins; grandchildren, Christie Enos and Tony, Zach Foshee, Hayden Shockley and Brendalyn, Patsy Shockley, James Shockley, Jr.; several great grandchildren; brother, Charley Casto and Anna Lou of Atkins; four step children; as well as several other family and friends. 

Her visitation will be 10-11am, Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Russellville Family Funeral, with her funeral beginning at 11am, following the visitation. Rev. Terry Duvall will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Atkins under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. 

Pallbearers will be Hayden Shockley, Zach Foshee, Tony Enos, Tommy Moore and Rickey Mallett.
