Billy Muncy, 73, of Russellville, passed away, Monday, May 15, 2017, at his home. He was born October 5, 1943, Tilly, AR to Arthur Muncy and Alta Casto Muncy. He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy and his father. He is survived by his mother, Alta Muncy, Russellville; two children, Billy Muncy, Lowell, Jimmy Muncy, Russellville; 7 Grandchildren, Christina & Chad Dilday, Billy Muncy, Tori Muncy, Michelle & Marcus Arnold, Morgan & Dalton Hopper, Austin Muncy, Jonee Muncy, 5 great-grandchildren, Aulbree Arnold, Avery Arnold, Avery Dilday & Hudson Dilday, Isabelle Hopper, Three brothers, Hurlan & Yvonne Muncy, Appleton, LeRoy & Janice Muncy, Texarkana, Lynn & Phyllis Muncy, Dover. He was a member of the Atkins Free Will Baptist Church and the Carpenter Millwright Local Number 1836. Visitation will be 5-7pm, Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be 2pm, Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Union Hill Cemetery Community Building in Tilly with the Rev. Johnny McCoy officiating. Burial will be private, in Union Hill Cemetery under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. Pallbearers will be Hurlan Muncy, Leroy Muncy, Lynn Muncy Brandon Muncy, Gaylen Clayton, Dirk Muncy
