Carlea I. Maunz, a resident of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 48. She was born on March 11, 1975, in Russellville, Arkansas, to her loving parents Richard and Denise Hon.
Carlea had a heart that overflowed with kindness and generosity. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and would give the shirt off her back for those in need. Her infectious laugh and radiant smile could light up any room she entered.
One of Carlea's passions in life was her love for animals, especially horses. She had a bond with her favorite horse named Tango. Carlea also found happiness in watching John Wayne western movies and enjoyed the thrill of camping and fishing with her husband Jason. She had a talent for catching little perch during their fishing adventures.
In addition to her husband Jason Maunz, Carlea is survived by her daughters Brittney Briann Brown and Brooklyn Deshae Sharp, as well as her stepdaughters Taylor Daniels and Hannah Maunz. She cherished her role as a grandmother to Esther Ann Scott, Oliver James Scott, and step-grandchild Hallie Jo Daniels. Carlea's presence will be deeply missed by her brother Cailem Hon and sister-in-law Kim, niece Lacey Coates, aunt Pauline Siegler, and numerous other cherished family members and friends.
Carlea may no longer be with us physically, but the impact she made on our lives will never fade away. As we mourn her loss, let us also celebrate the beautiful memories she left behind.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for these unexpected services.
