Clifford Franklin Duvall, 74 of Russellville, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born April 19, 1947 in Russellville, Arkansas to Benjamin and Maddie Mackey Duvall. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Courtney Lynn Duvall.
Clifford was a loving family man. He enjoyed racing, whether it was stock car racing on TV, or at his family's Go Cart Track, Duvall's Speedway. He never met a stranger. He could sing and play a guitar. Clifford was a member of The Levite Gospel Singers for a long time. His family said he worked harder than anyone they knew. He could work a young man in the ground! Clifford was a true Christian man his entire life. He was a Deacon at Pine Hill Community Church, where his Dad built and was the pastor until Benjamin passed away. Clifford was a pillar of the Pine Hill Community.
He is survived by loving wife of 52 years, Kathy Duvall; three sons, Clinton Duvall of Russellville, Clifton Duvall & Callie Bewley of Russellville, Clay Duvall & Elizabeth of Russellville; Grandchildren, Felicia Irvin, Larry Kendrick, Kristina Duvall, Kendall Duvall, Blaine Duvall, Hayden Duvall, Taytum Duvall; great grandchild, Abel Irvin and several other family and friends.
Clifford's visitation will be 5-7pm, Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Russellville Family Funeral. His funeral service will be 10am, Friday, June 25, 2021 at Pine Hill Community Church with Bro. C.W. Henderson and Bro. Hank Duvall. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery, in Atkins. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
Pallbearers will be Gene McCurrie, Jim McCurrie, James Judd, James Simmons, Johnny Simmons, William Barnes.
Honorary pallbearers, JM Simmons and Junior Simmons.
