Clyde B Harris, Jr.

Clyde Burl Harris Jr., 83 of Pottsville, Arkansas, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 at Little Rock, Arkansas.   He was born February 24, 1941 on Crow Mountain to Clyde B Harris, SR and Elizabeth Bennett Harris.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Daniel Harris; son-in-law, Anthony Doyle; sister, Ruby Pierce.

He is survived by his loving  wife of 59 years, Kay Harris of Pottsville;  daughters, Kathy Doyle, Bonita Curtis and husband Danny; grandson, Mark Harris; granddaughters, Amanda Doyle and Jacob, Kaitlynn Doyle; siblings, Charles Harris, Bertha Clowers and Bell Ricketts.

Clyde was a US Army Veteran.  He retired from Cargill.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

His graveside funeral service and burial will be 2pm, Thursday, March 28, 2024 in Bowden Cemetery, on Crow Mountain, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. There is no visitation planned, however, his room will be open 10am-12 noon, Thursday if you would like to view and sign his guestbook.
