Courtney Esther Danielle Holt, 20 months old of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away September 11, 1998 in Russellville. She was born January 15, 1997 in Russellville to Samantha Hopper and Lester Holt Jr.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Samantha Hopper; sibling, angel baby; uncle, Daniel Mahan; uncle, Tim Holt; grandfather, Lester Laverne Holt Sr.

She is survived by her father, Lester Holt Jr & wife, Andrea; sister, Dezarae Carpenter & husband, Rick; brother, Tristen Edwards; sister, Elizabeth Holt; brother; brother, Ethan Nolan; sister, Emily Holt; sister, Ella Holt; brother, Elijah Holt; grandparents, Ricky & Debbie Mahan; grandmother, Reba Holt; uncle, James Roy Mahan; uncle, Andy Holt & wife, Traci; aunt, Marilyn Alexander & husband, James; aunt, Cindy Hickman & husband, Bill; uncle, Roger Upton; aunt, Donna Love; uncle, Ronnie Gray & wife, Polly; great grandmother, Joyce Grigsby and numerous cousins and extended family.

Courtney was a doll and sweetheart to many. She had just started walking and saying papa. She loved to play with her sister and go wherever her papas went. She was her daddy’s butterfly. She loved snuggling with her daddy and chasing her big sister.

A private service will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Russellville Family Funeral. Per the family’s request, masks will be required. There will be a live stream of the service available to watch on the Russellville Family Funeral Facebook page for anyone who is unable to attend.

There will be a candlelight vigil held at 6:00 pm under the bridge on Pleasant View Rd. The family welcomes the community to come share their memories.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Mahan, Rick Carpenter, John Kelly, Walter Adney Jr., Kyle Crihfield, Greg Crihfield & Lester Holt Jr.
