Crystal Lucretia Hopson Jenkins

Crystal Lucretia Hopson Jenkins, 51 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023.  She was born December 26, 1971 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Clifton Dewel Hopson and Wanda L McAlister Hopson. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandchild, Angel Jenkins.

She is survived by her sister, Regina Burris & husband Darrell; John Jenkins, the father of her children, Courtney Lucretia Jenkins, John Jacob Jenkins Jr., Jacob Dewel Jenkins, Crysten Louise Jenkins; honorary daughter, Britney Nichole Wilson; grandchildren, Tyler Stephen Neese, Cassidee Ane Jenkins, Sunny Jude Wilson, Grayson King "Turbo" Middleton, Ayven "Tootbug" Perez, Kingston Nova; nephews, Ryan Burris & wife Brittney, Trevor Burris & wife Ashley; along with her other family and friends and her significant other, Ronnie Earl Southard. 

Crystal was more than just a mother, she was God sent! Most amazing woman to walk this earth, now she is flying high full of pride with us everyday giving us strength and still sharing her love. One of the most wonderful things about her was no matter the situation if she did or did not have it, she gave her all to help anybody! So simple but so powerful, the love she shared touched peoples hearts. She will always be remembered and never forgotten. She enjoyed helping people and enjoyed family values most. The smile on her face and the joy in her heart during family get-togethers was priceless. She enjoyed helping ones in need, family cookouts, camping, going to the creeks and getting her kids together to do karaoke. She loved seeing all of us happy and together. Even during the hardest times, she gave us strength. During each battle or problem she would go through, she would come out on top showing us anything is possible. While we are here today even through this hard time, we hold our heads up high and stay positive with our hearts full of love knowing even though she is gone she will forever be with us. A Celebration of Life will be 2pm Friday, March 3rd, 2023 at Russellville Family Funeral officated by Rev. Ryan Burris.  Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
