David "Little Man" Billingsley

David Owen Billingsley, Jr., “Little Man”, 18 of Dover passed away, Saturday, October 6, 2018.

He was born October 29, 1999 in Bakersfield, CA to David Owen Billingsley and Crystal Denise Burnett.  He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Allan Billingsley; grandmother, Elizabeth Carter.

He is survived by his loving father, David Billingsley, Dover; mother, Crystal Burnett, CA; grandmother, Patsy Billingsley, CA; brother, Kyle Earsley; sister, Destiny Earsley; four aunts, Shelly Grimes, Robin Cannady, Kathy Walker, Becky Travis all of CA; best friends, Nathan, Tucker, Brett, Joseph, as well as several other friends and relatives.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.   Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
