David Wesley Hartley

David Wesley Hartley, 69 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 at his home. He was born February 5, 1954 in Fort Madison, Iowa to Merle and Edith Carey Hartley. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lee Ann Killip Hartley of Russellville, AR; two children, Rachel & Rick Hardester of Conway, AR; Clinton & Shaye Hartley of Russellville, AR; grandchildren, Emily Hyatt, Brooklyn Corcoran, Kyle Fisher, Taylor Hardester Bandala; great- granddaughter, Olivia Hyatt; sister, Monica Fitzgerald of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; half-sisters, Pam VanFleet, Laura Brehm; aunt, Rose Albright of Good Hope Illinois and several other family and friends. 

David owned and operated D & L Bicycle in Russellville for 15 years. He was co-owner of Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry until his retirement. In his spare time he enjoyed golfing and motorcycle riding. He was a lover of antique cars. 

Visitation will be 5-7pm Wednesday, September 20th, 2023 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in La Harpe, Illinois. Graveside funeral service and burial will be 10am Thursday, September 21 in Terre Haute Cemetery in Terre Haute, Illinois.
