Deborah Blackwell

Deborah Blackwell, 66 of Dover, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Saint Vincent in Little Rock. She was born November 2, 1951 in Morrilton to Jim and Edith Massey. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, David Blackwell; sister, Wanda Massey; brother, Jimmy Massey. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Larry Blackwell Sr., Dover; sons, Larry Blackwell Jr., Dover, Matthew & Sara Blackwell, Dover; daughter, Melissa Blackwell, Dover; sister, Betty Walters, Maine; brother-in-law, George Wilson, IL; sister-in-law, Judy Massey, Jerusalem; grandchildren, Jody Blackwell, Melissa and Jerad Ford of Russellville; ten other grandchildren; special friends, Doris Reynolds, Cynthia Deeds; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family friends. The family would like say a special thank you to Area Agency on Aging. Deborah was a member of Buttermilk Free Holiness Pentecostal Church and thought highly of Brother Burl and Sister Ann Blankenship. She was also an avid sponsor of reverend Jimmy Swaggart. In her spare time Deborah loved to cross stitch and crochet. Visitation will be 3-5pm Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be 2pm Monday, July 2, 2018 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Zion cemetery in Jerusalem, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. Pallbearers will be Shawn Howell, Jerad Ford, Kent Massey, Jerry Massey, Tom Metz and Delbert Chapman. Honorary Pallbearer will be Gauge Mitchell.
