Donald Cowen

Donald Cowen, 47, of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017, at Arkansas River Valley Hospice Home. He was born December 13, 1969 to Bobby Cowen and Verla Thompson Cowen. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Herbert and Minnie Thompson and Ray and Ruth Cowen; Two Aunts, Freda Thompson Shy, and Louise Thompson; Two Uncles, Windell Standridge and Garland Thompson. He is survived by his parents; One brother, Richard and wife Beth Cowen of Fayettville; niece, Emily Cowen; Six Aunts, Patsy Cowen Strandridge, Edna Thompson Roberson, Mary Sue Thompson Egner, Ruth Thompson Wright, Barbara Thompson Brock, Marie Thompson Heath and numerous other friends and family. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 am Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Pollard Cemetery, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. Pallbearers will be John Heath, Mike Heath, Donnie Clark, Dave Brown, Steve Harris, and Allen Wilbanks.
