Eli Kennedy, Sr.

Eli Daniel Kennedy Sr., 78 of Hector, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, August 1 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 1, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York to Eli Osbon and Anna Crumby. He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.

Eli enjoyed sailing, music and his house and home. He enjoyed building things, as he was a carpenter. He had a beautiful voice. He enjoyed cooking and taking care of his loving family, whom he adored.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Judy Garland Kennedy; four children, Nanette Deleon & Victor of Yucaipa, CA; Eli Daniel Kennedy, Jr., of Lake Los Angeles, CA, Heather Kennedy of Florence, AZ, Leah Anthony & William of Cabot, AR; Grandchildren, Mykah Deleon, Jeriko Deleon, Genna Deleon, Kaitlyn Kennedy, Addyson Kennedy, Lance Kennedy, Arthur Kennedy, Amanda Wallace, April Anthony, Kaylee-Rae Anthony; three great grandsons, Zakkariah, Attikus, Kassius; three sisters, Laura, Hilda and Ann, as well as several other family and friends.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
