Frankie Smith

Frankie Leon Smith, age 56, of Dardanelle, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, August 24,2024. He was born on March 3, 1968, in Poteau, Oklahoma, to Zenas Smith Sr. and Nellene Smith.

Frankie was preceded in death by his father, his mother Nellene Smith, Chester Harold Haney; two beloved children, Grace and Shawntele; and his sister, Ruth Ann Johnson.

Known for his passion for mechanics, Frankie had a deep love for motorcycles, which brought him much joy throughout his life.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Joan "Pinky" Martin; eight children: Shaneice Perkins, Victoria Dotson (Patrick), Alpha Martin, Sacha Martin, Jermey "Chucky" Martin, Alyssia Taylor (Alan), Shelby Redden (Detarius), and Jeri Lelah Henriksen. Also left to cherish his memory are his father, Zenas Smith Sr., and nine siblings: Peggy Mason, Zenas Smith Jr., Annie Todd, Zenas "Lynn" Smith, Gloria Smith, Connie Hand, Eddie Haney, and La Donna Haney, along with 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild; numerous, nieces, nephews, and many friends and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Russellville Family Funeral. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
