Howard Wooten

Howard Wooten, 88, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017. He was born May 23, 1928, in Tuckerman, AR, to Claude Melvin Wooten and Dylvia Sadler Wooten. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dorothy Wooten; three brothers, Melvin Wooten, Lonnie Wooten, Harold Wooten; sister, Louise Wooten. He is survived by six children, Andy Scissell, Karin Scissell, Connie Gurney, Van Wooten, Dondie Allen, Nathan Gurney; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carolyn & Bud Eason, Evelyn Wooten; brother, Billy Ray & Barbara Wooten; sister & brother-in-law, Linda & Romey Eoff; brother-in-law, Tony Coley. Memorial service will be 12 noon, Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel, with Chaplain Don Erwin officiating.
