James A. Brown

James A. Brown, 92, of Dover, passed away, Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at the AR River Valley Hospice Home in Russellville. He was born September 8, 1925 in Dover to Calvin Lee Brown and Bertie Daily Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Treva Brown; son, Calvin Brown; two sisters and one brother. He is survived by two daughters, Trudy Stuckey, Dover, Carol Sperlin, Ventura, CA; two grandchildren, James Adam Sperlin, Jessica Lorann Sperlin; four great-grandchildren, Emalea Nicole Muller, Megan Michelle Muller, Rachel McKenzie Muller, James Vincint Lee Sperlin. Two sisters, Sally Custer, Simi Valley, CA, Doris Bame, Simi Valley, CA; brother, Rev. Paul Henson, Cleveland, TN. James was a US Navy Veteran and a member of Russellville First Assembly of God Church. The family will have a private memorial service and burial at Bakers Creek Cemetery.
