Obituary for John Hatsuichi Yoshioka
On December 1, 2019 our Lord called John to come home to be by his side. John was born January 1, 1947 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was retired from The Boeing Corporation in Houston, Texas where he worked as an Engineer. He and his wife Gloria built a beautiful life together in Dover, Arkansas following his retirement.
John’s love of animals was evident in how he devoted so much of his life to rescuing many many dogs and cats, saving them from death and providing them with a loving home. He was especially devoted to his Irish Setters and was a member of the Irish Setter Club of America. John and his wife Gloria loved the family community involved in showing their precious “redheads” in AKC Conformation Events.
John is survived by his wife Gloria of 13 years, and his two sisters Naomi Sumida and Nancy Yoshioka, along with so many of his fellow Irish Setter and animal lovers.
There will be no funeral service.
Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. Online guestbook are available at www.russellvillefamilyfuneral.com.
