Kathryn "Kathy" Frances Seiter, 57 of Dover, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 16, 2022. She was born April 2, 1965 in Russellville, Arkansas to Lawrence and Elsie Hanan. 

She was preceded in death by her father. 

She is survived by her mother, Elsie Hanan; children, Meagan Salgado, Lisa Price, Dustin Seiter; grandchildren, Miranda Young, Serenity Price, Adriauna Price, Jadyn Price, Kylie O'Brian, Alex O'Brian, Caroline Salgado, Reagan Seiter, Tatum Seiter; sister, Carol Hanan and other family and friends. 

There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
