Levenah Nicole Countryman

Levenah Nicole Countryman, 10 of Atkins, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at her home.  She was born February 15, 2010 in Russellville to Dustin Scott Countryman and Jaquita  Heflin Chase.   

She was preceded in death by her mother; grandmother, Patricia Patrick; two sisters, Abigail Heflin and Danielle Collins; step-grandfather, Tony Melendez; uncle, Rusty Countryman.

She is survived by her father, Dustan & Krystal Countryman, Russellville; grandparents,  Angela Countryman Mills & Gerald, Russellville, Robert Countryman, Paris, Robert Patrick, Atkins; great grandparents, Carlene & James Oliver, Russellville, Bob Patrick, Oklahoma; aunts and uncles, Shane (Jamie)  Countryman, Morrilton, Justin & Tammey Patrick, Atkins,  cousins; Kinsey Oliver, Gabrielle Patrick, Jordan Patrick, Haley Howell and Kristen Howell as well as several other family and friends. 

Levenah was a in fifth grade at Pottsville Middle School. 

There will be a private family funeral and burial under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
