Norman Lee Walters

Norman Lee Walters, 66 of Dover, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Conway Regional in Conway, Arkansas. He was born April 21, 1958 in Rockford, Illinois to Charles E Walters "Jick" and Allie Amelia Preston. He was preceded in death by his father, brother, Charles "Chuck" Walters; his wife Brenda Kaye Walters.

Norman was a truck driver, but enjoyed fishing, carpentry work and gardening.

He is survived by his two sons Bruce Walters and wife Christina of Scottsville; Jon Walters and wife Samantha of Hector, daughter Allie Hoggatt and husband Anthony of Dover; eight grandchildren, Kurt Rodriguez, Noni Franklin, Waylon Walters, Eric Walters, Brianna Walters, Oliver Walters, Charli Hoggatt, Levi Hoggatt; brothers, Michael Walters, Steven Walters, Chad Walters and wife Shannon ; sisters Tammy Bolon and husband Ron, Amanda Brooks and husband Chris and host of other family and friends.

His visitation will be Monday, March 17, 2025, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Russellville Family Funeral. The Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 18th, 2025 at Pleasant Grove Community Church with burial following in Langford Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
