Richard "Rick" Morton

Richard "Rick" Dewayne Morton, 59, of Pottsville, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at UAMS.  He was born November 27, 1959 in Lubbock County, Texas to Charles William Morton and Aliene Hill Morton.  He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Don Morton; sister, Donna Morton Pace; nephew, Kenneth Sewell, Jr.

He is survived by his children, John and Katrina Morton of Judsonia; Stacy Morton of Russellville; grandchildren, Alyshia Morton, Kara Gay, Ava Gay, William Gay, Austin Morton; brothers, Larry and Lindsey Morton of Atkins, Tom and Terri Morton of Atkins, sisters, Judy Reynolds of Pottsville, Karen Chance of Pottsville; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.  

Visitation will be 5-7pm, Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Russellville Family Funeral.  Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel with Mr. Wesley Morton officiating.  Burial will be private in Pisgah Cemetery.  

Military honors will be provided by Roger-Rye Post 2283, Veterans of Foreign Wars, of Russellville.
