Roy Yeager

Roy Yeager, aged 88, of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away on September 5, 2024, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born on October 27, 1935, in Iowa to Don Yeager and Mabel Orr. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Gretchen and Donna Yeager and one infant brother.

Roy was a member of St John’s Lutheran Church, retired from Conagra and was an avid Razorback fan.

Roy is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, LaDonna Yeager; three children: Roy D. Yeager (Mary) of Papillion, NE, Robin Armer (Nathan) of Broken Arrow, OK, and Rodney Yeager (Lisa) of Farmington. He cherished his five grandchildren: Adam Yeager and Justin Yeager of Papillion, NE, Katie Cochran (Ryan) of Fayetteville, Jeff Yeager (Amanda) of Kansas City, MO, and Faith Armer of Levittown, PA, as well as his three great-grandchildren, Leot and Ames Cochran and Mackenzie Yeager. He also leaves behind his sister, Josephine Yeager.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, followed by burial at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Pastor Darrell Kobs will officiate the service.
