Scott Arthur Meadows, a devoted husband, loving father, and faithful follower of Christ, passed away on April 11th, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on July 5th, 1964, in Russellville, Arkansas. Scott is preceded in death by his dad, W.B Meadows; his mom, Johnnie Laverne Meadows; brothers David, Eddie and Dennis Meadows.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering faith that will continue to guide all who knew him.

Scott was a man of deep integrity and strong values. He built a life grounded in family, faith, and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. He shared 38 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Carol Meadows and was a proud and devoted father to Turner Meadows and Carmen Quain.

Scott found joy and peace in nature. Whether he was out in the woods hunting or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of the outdoors, he felt closest to God in those moments. He was a man who believed that some of life’s greatest lessons could be found in the stillness of a forest where you could hear from God.

His love for his family was limitless. He cherished time spent with his children—teaching them, laughing with them, and supporting them through every stage of life. His steady presence and kind heart made him a source of strength and comfort to everyone around him.

A devoted believer, Scott lived his faith every day. He was a man of prayer and bible study.

Scott is survived by his wife Carol Meadows of 38 years; children, Turner and Samantha Meadows of Dover, Carmen and Matthew Quain of Dover; sister, Linda (John Henry) Jones; sisters-in-law, Brenda Meadows, Marsha Meadows, Velma Meadows; grandchildren, Dixie Meadows, Mason Meadows; One uncle Robert Turner and one aunt Lily Meadows. In-Laws, Hershell and Linda Solomon; numerous nieces, nephews and co-workers at Russellville steel for 39 years.

Pallbearers: Turner Meadows, Matt Quain, David Meadows, Marshall Watson, Shane McFarland, Dustin Wiliker.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Scottys  co-workers from Russellville Steel.

Visitation will be 5-7pm, Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Russellville Family Funeral.  Funeral service will be 10am, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Russellville Family Funeral with burial following in Pollard Cemetery, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.  Officiants are Rev. Jackie Pledger and Rev. Roy Smith 

Arrangements are under the careful watch of Russellville Family Funeral.
