Sherry Ann Spencer, 63, passed away on Monday, January 27th. Sherry was born on January 17, 1962, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Tommy and Delores Spencer.

Sherry graduated from Russellville High School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in engineering from Arkansas Tech University. She furthered her education with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Missouri and was a Registered Professional Engineer.

Sherry dedicated many years of her professional life to the Army Corps of Engineers and later to the USDA/NRCS. She also served as City Engineer for Russellville for three years.

Sherry's life was deeply rooted in her love for her savior, Jesus Christ, her family, and her numerous dachshund dogs over the years. An accomplished golfer, Sherry cherished playing couples golf with her favorite teammate, her husband Randy.

Sherry is preceded in death by her first husband, Jim Baker. She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Busbea; her parents, Tommy and Delores Spencer; her sister, Dr. Tena Spencer and husband Jeff Woods; and her nephew, Thomas Spencer, who was like a son to her.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2pm until 4 pm at Russellville Family Funeral.
