Terry Carter

Terry A. Carter, 71, of Russellville, formerly of Chanute, KS, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. She was born April 25, 1946 to Johnny Rogers and Mary Alice Roles Rogers. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Carter; her parents and sister, Linda Richards. She is survived by daughter, Glenda Edwards & husband Terence; brother Jimmy Mars and sister, Jamie Kuhn & husband Fred; Stepfather, James Mars; four grandchildren, Levi Gambill, Brittani Carrosco, Aaron Gambill, Brandi Hudson; six great-grandchildren, Ahriana, Ahnalia, Juliahna, Christian, Karson, Waylon and numerous other family and friends. The family will host a memorial service at a later date in Chanute, KS. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
