Toby Eugene Baldwin

Toby Eugene Baldwin 46 of Dover, Arkansas, left this world behind much too early Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. He was the son of William Baldwin and Ava Jo Collett. Toby was born in Natchez, Ms on March 10th, 1976. He graduated from Scotland AR High School and attended Both Arkansas Tech University and the University of Arkansas. Toby had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and spent most of his life honing his love of the arts. He was a gifted artist and writer. 

Toby was preceded in death by his sister, Eve Jo Baldwin; his Aunt, Mamie and his paternal and maternal grandparents. 

Toby is survived by his parents, Ava and Doug Collett and William and Pam Baldwin; wife, Kristen Baldwin; his beautiful children, son Justin and daughter Isabella. Also surviving are his brothers, Chris Baldwin, Bill Jr, Baldwin, Paul Baldwin, Joey Baldwin, Josh Collett, Cane Collett and Jordan Collett. Toby is also survived by 10 beautiful nieces and nephews, many cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws that all cherish him for the beautiful person he was and will miss him greatly. 

There will be a memorial held for Toby at Mount Nebo State Park large pavilion on Monday, November 14th at 2:00pm to 6:00 pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
