Tonya Renee Billingsley, 51 of Dover, passed away June 21, 2018. She was born June 6, 1967 in Los Angeles, California. She is preceded in death by her son Jason Collins. She is survived by her loving husband, David Billingsley, Dover; mother, Linda Robinson; sister, Sarah Coffman (Joe); two brothers, Richard Collins, Daniel Timco; two step-sons, David Owen Billingsley Jr., Kyle Ray Earsely and numerous other family and friends. Tonya loved to draw and collect VHS movies. Memorial service is 12 noon, Tuesday June 26, 2018 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel.
