Ulaine Choate

Ulaine Choate, 91 of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Russellville Nursing & Rehabilitation.   She was born May 2, 1929 in Manila, Arkansas to Rudy Wilburn Dilts and  Virgie Lorene Stutts Dilts.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Opal Leon "Jack" Choate; two sons, Mike Choate and Doug Choate; brother, Wimpy Dilts and a sister, Faye Campbell. 

She is survived by her grandchildren, Andrea Cogburn & husband Richard of Grand View, TX, Danielle Choate of Battle Creek, MI; Devin Cronic & wife Martha of Santa Anna, CA; Alicia Choate, Gabe Choate, Sarah Hurley all of Washington, great grandchildren, Hannah Johnson of Grand View, TX, Josh Demmitt of Atkins, AR, Erica Choate of Battle Creek, MI, Jonah Choate of Battle Creek, MI , Amanda Cronic, of Santa Anna, CA, Alyssa Cronic of Santa Anna, CA; five great great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Dilts of Michigan, as well as several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. 

Her memorial service will be 2 pm, Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel.

There will be a private burial in Oakland Cemetery, in Russellville, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. 

In honor of Ulaine, memorials may be made to Russellville Main Street Missions.
